Like many individual musicians and small organizations dedicated to the arts, the Beverly Hills International Music Festival lost all funding during the pandemic, and the recovery has been challenging, to say the least. Our most generous sponsor passed away from COVID-19, and many others had to pull their support for all the understandable and legitimate reasons. But now that life has come back to normal, at least to some degree, we hope to make a comeback, and we need your support more than ever.
All collected funds will go to covering the cost of renting a space large enough to accommodate students and teachers, a few pianos for the classes, compensation for the coaches, producing students' and mentors' concerts, and, following the Festival's tradition, providing lunches for the students between the sessions. In addition, we are planning to expand the music genres from classical to jazz and Broadway.
